ETSN Consultancy managed the projects of  Park Hyatt Hotel Baku, Entertainment Centre, Fitness Centre Complex with Olympic Pool, Mediterranean Grill Restaurant, Hyatt International Residential Complex, Hyatt International Office Complex adjacent commercial space comprising, retail and cultural space.

Obtaining all permits for construction, Monitoring day-to-day construction activities, Managing owner and management company relations, Managing all property management of office and residential units. Taking over the building from construction company on behalf of operator – Responsible of all international and domestic procurements of hotel operation. Hyatt International, Azerbaijan.
